The legal basis for video surveillance is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the protection of our property and building, as well as in maintaining security.

  • In the event of a security-related incident, the recordings may be passed on to law enforcement authorities.

 

Storage period

The recordings are stored for a maximum of 24 hours and then automatically deleted unless a specific incident requires longer retention.
